FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I take most cases on a contingency fee basis. Business Litigation cases are treated on a case-by-case basis and we are very flexible with our clients' financial needs. We always put our client first!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We have the client sign the initial contract and begin investigating the claim by obtaining the police report, contacting the police officer and interviewing witnesses. We make sure the client is being treated for their injuries. After treatment is concluded we collect certified medical records and bills and submit a demand package to the insurance company. Throughout this process we are keeping the clients informed of where the case is and answer any questions the client has. If the case does not settle, we proceed with filing a lawsuit in the proper county and move forward with the lawsuit. I, as the personal injury attorney, handle every part of your case and will answer every call you make or will promptly return your call. You can rest assure a personal injury attorney will be working on every part of your case.
