My window was broken as I was driving to work today. This was a scary experience and was a huge inconvenience right before the holiday. But thanks to Mister Glass my window is fixed all while I continued my day at work. The process was super easy, and I am a happy customer. John came out and was super friendly and patient. My front windshield was cracked halfway across the glass, so I called Mister Glass late in the afternoon. They scheduled an appointment the very next morning and met me at work. Their glass technician, Jose, was fast but he also took great care to do a quality installation and keep the car itself clean. The new window is actually better than my old one (it has a tint up on the top to help block sunlight), and the price was very reasonable. In fact, the cost was less than my insurance deductible so no claim needed to be filed at all. Definitely happy that I called Mister Glass. Thanks!
