I love that Amelia creates a safe and inviting space for all levels of students. I am a new yogi, so it can sometimes feel intimidating going to a new class. However, Amelia’s warm energy and thoughtful guidance truly makes all the difference. I always leave her sessions feelings empowered and grounded.

FAQs

  • What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

I ask a few questions ahead of the session to understand style preferences (type of flow, music preferences, any major injuries), and then when I arrive for the first time, I'll arrive about 10 minutes early to get set up and run you through a couple of things about my personal teaching/cueing style. At the end of our first session, there'll be time to debrief and gather any feedback you'd like to share and set up any future sessions.

  • What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

I am RYT-200 certified via Yoga Alliance
