Mell’s food truck was the highlight of our daughter’s 13th birthday party! Chiffawn was very responsive and worked with me to create a teen-friendly menu within my budget. Mell was friendly to the kids and kept the line moving. It was a stress-free way to serve a large group, and the kids felt so grown up getting to order their own food. We’ll definitely call Mell’s again for future parties!

As a 24/7/365 production company, we have been challenged for years to find a caterer that would take care of our crews during holidays locally. Mell's came through with flying colors and delivered one of the best meals our teams have ever enjoyed on Thanksgiving Day and Evening. Plenty of food and excellent quality. We had a New Year's Eve party, and Mell's food was the star of the show. So delicious!! He was super-responsive throughout the planning process and helped us estimate the food almost to the exact plateful, so there was no waste but nobody left hungry. Mell is my new go-to caterer.

Mell’s delivers on quality, quantity and just
great southern pork, beef plus all the fixings! Take pride in delivering on time with an extra helping of friendliness and plenty of food! Hired a bartender through them as well and he was on time and did an excellent job! Could not be happier! The event was an engagement party. Highly recommend!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
1. Minimum for food truck: We charge a $1500 minimum to bring the food truck out and on holidays its $2500. This is 100% refundable if minimum is satisfied. If the minimum is not satisfied then only the difference will be refunded.
3. Catering: We cater for both large and small parties. We will work with your budget. There are many catering options available from drop-off to Full service.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The first step is Calling to discuss menu options and event details. You can also send a email if that works better.

I have over 20 years of experience in the kitchen and counting.
