Found out our frig needed servicing around 10am and, contacted thumbtack, and AGB was here within 7 hours to fix it. Can’t act for better service. Technician was super friendly, but importantly, knowledgeable. Diagnosed the problem, gave us a quote, and I am writing this review the following, where our frig is back to the regular temp settings. Ended up not losing any food. Very happy that we used thumbtack and AGB Appliance repair.

Everything was good except I was asked to help clear glass - if I am paying $200 towards service for a 20 min job I expect not to have to lift a finger. All trash and debris should be collected by the technician. He did collect everything he brought, and was friendly and efficient. He did not leave any instructions on if it was ready for use immediately or if I need to wait though, so I’ll just play it safe for a bit.
