- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our diagnostic fee is $70 plus tax. It is waived when you choose us to complete the repair. You will receive the full repair price for approval before any work begins. Discounts may also be available for returning customers.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We start by asking about the appliance and the problem you are experiencing. Our technician then diagnoses the issue, explains the recommended repair and provides an upfront price. We begin work only after your approval and test the appliance when the repair is complete.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have technical education and several years of hands-on field experience diagnosing and repairing major household appliances.
