Absolutely great service. The technician was top notch and very helpful and friendly. Went out of his way to explain what went wrong with my refrigerator and showed me what parts were needed and why. Just really pleased. I always worry about not knowing enough about repairs and getting taken advantage of, but from the minute he came in the door I was at ease. Will use this company if I have any issues with my appliances.

I ended up calling a company that I found on Thumbtack. The company is Appliance Rescue and Repairs. They were EXTREMELY helpful, it turns out to be a major issue, sealant/condenser issues. He asked me if I had any paperwork on the refrigerator, and when I gave him the owner’s manual he looked up to see if I was under warranty. He explained the repair cost on this is very expensive and he said it appears I had 2 more months of warranty on this particular issue. The suggestion was to call LG and check on the warranty and if the issue was not under warranty then they would be more than willing to come back out and make the necessary repairs. I was not charged a service call fee which was a very nice surprise. The service technician was extremely professional, timely, friendly and very knowledgeable of the LG brand. I called LG and he was completely correct my warranty is still in effect and they are coming out on Monday to make all necessary repairs. Without his honesty and integrity to the company I could have paid a much higher repair bill. Thank you so much Appliance Rescue and Repair for helping us out today.
