- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our goal is to deliver an outstanding experience. We book service calls as soon as possible and we guarantee to be able to add you to our calendar within 1 business day. One of our friendly techs will come out and diagnose the problem and provide you with a detailed quote, a timeline to complete the repair, and the next steps to move forward. We want to move at your pace and make sure you make a well-informed decision.
