Introduction
35 years experience, I generally work in Denton County and North Dallas/FW counties. A few of my services. Take time to look at my whole post so you will know who I am. Thanks * Painting * Tap and Bed * Replace Doors or Fix Door Problems * Fence Repair * Install Trim * Odd Jobs *Cabinet Knobs * Make Readies * Shelving * Repair Cracks and Holes in Walls * Zombie Proof Homes * Advice * Repair Trim around Outside of home * Cabinet Repair and Painting First, I will not rip you off, I will finish work and I will show up when I say I'm going to be there. I have lived around this area for over 40 years. Kinda live my life that way. I was a military family kid. Now try to help me, if you are going through and clicking on 3,4,5 people for a job just to talk to everyone about a 250 or 500 bid, don't replay to my bid unless you know you want me to do it. Every time someone replies to a bid and even if they just say "Hello" it normally cost me 10 to 15 dollars. Yes everyone figures this into the bids. Some bids cost 50 or more dollars so look at the people first. I will also tell you I can not do something or if I really don't want to. Example: I can not add a room to your home, I don't run with helpers anymore and I really do not like tile work. Just about have to hold a gun to my head to get me to do it. I would say around 25% of my work comes people that got ripped off, work that was not finished, work done wrong or just never started. (Took Deposit and never came back) DONT GIVE MONEY TO SHADY PEOPLE. If you need a lot of materials go buy it and have it delivered. That way if people do not show up you still have your materials. If you need more help with all this tell me. With more and more people trying to get into handyman work or people calling themselves contractors. (Anyone can say they are a contractor, you can say you are a contractor) The amount of people that don't know what they are doing is on the rise and I'm seeing a lot of people getting ripped off. Handyman work is not just something you can read in a book or youtube or think I do my own stuff around my house so I am now a handyman. I grew up from the age of 10 with my dad owning a Roof Truss company and building homes. I have been around building all my life. This is how I know what kind of work I like or not. I enjoy working in the trades as they are called. If you are still reading I will probably never be low-bid. If someone has a bid that seems like he or she is going to do you some kind of deal they are cutting corners somewhere or might be looking to take your money. Something like "I will need 1/2 up-front" of a 500 dollar job. Watch out. I will also say that I do not finance Home Depot for people. I will have x amount of supplies but I will not go and buy a 200 dollar door for you and come and put it in. That is an easy way for me to lose 200 dollars. Or with people out of town with rentals they can drag their feet on paying for weeks or months. Yes, people rip off both ways here. I generally do not do any large jobs like adding rooms, roofs, or remodels. I keep it simple and help people with small projects. Here are a few things you might need in addition to what you are looking for right now. * Changing out interior or exterior doors * Painting * Shelving for Closets and Garages *Trim * Holes in walls * Texturing * Makereadies for rental and home sales. * Punch list for homeowners or honey-do lists. * Don't forget Zombie proofing homes. * I am also willing to be your helper. I love not being in charge. * Always looking for an interesting project. You can see in photos I just made some display shelves for a Vape shop. I have a small woodshop. *I have many clients that work with me as a helper to save them money and people love doing things with their hands. It's a feeling of accomplishment. * Do you have something you want to have built. Catio, Dog run, birdhouse, Turtle home, little library, raised garden, cool shelving, birdhouse, Taj Mahal or Greek Gladiator Arena. and CHICKEN COOPS. * Have you started something and got in too deep and need someone to clean it up. * Have you stepped through your ceiling or has someone else I can help. Not uncommon. * Trapdoors for the door to door salespeople. Alligators and Tigers not included. You have read to the end. Your day is complete. If you use my service and I do a good job so you can give me a review I will give you 10 bucks off any bid up to 260 and 15 bucks off 250 and above. You have to tell me you read this to the end and who is your favorite Simsons charter for their show or tell me you found Waldo.

I hired Todd to install tile to my kitchen walls. He took his time to get it done right and got my approval when he had a question about how I wanted it. I would hire him again for other small jobs around the house.

Details: I need help with one project or a few simple projects, less than 2 hours of work • Installation • Kitchen • Tiling • Residential • I'm ready to hire the right handyman based on price & fit

I was looking for someone to fix my rental house’s window trim and saw Todd with his long but valuable profile. He really taking his business seriously. We chatted a little bit about work details and cost estimate. He offered a really good price! And he just finished the project the day after! Which I was so surprised when the tenant told me that it was nicely done already. He also help me painted other parts of the house. I will definitely contact Todd for future projects and recommend him to friends.

Details: Wood • No, I will need the carpenter to provide the molding or trim • This is just an installation job - no design needed • As recommended by carpenter • 0 - 40 ft • I would like it painted

I had Todd build me 4 sets of custom shelves for my house. He built them and painted them plus installed them. He also fixed my toilet and my mailbox, made me a small catio, put up a bird feeder, and trimmed some bushes in the front. I was very happy with his work and would use him again. He really cares about the people he works with.
