About
Hi, I’m Cole Bradford, owner of CB Repairs. After years in and around the roofing industry, I started my own one-man business to focus on quality, reliable work for every customer.
I specialize in roof repairs and a wide range of general handyman services, handling the small to medium jobs that keep your home safe and in good shape. As a solo owner-operator, you’ll work directly with me from start to finish.
Customer service, honesty, and value are my top priorities. I show up when I say I will, communicate clearly, and treat your home with respect.
If you’re looking for dependable help with repairs, I’d be happy to take a look and provide a fair, straightforward estimate.

I had a few shingles blow off my roof and never noticed. Cole found them, gave the whole roof a look over, and got me a quote to fix the missing shingles. He was honest about what needed fixing and what can wait. The price was fair and reasonable, and the finished repair looks clean and matches the rest of the roof.
He was polite and easy to work with, and he cleaned up after himself. If you need a small repair or an honest opinion on your roof, I’d recommend him.

We had some significant roof damage after some thunderstorms. I called Cole Bradford with Harris Roofing and Construction he came out that late evening and tarped our roof to prevent leaking. He came first thing the next morning and made the necessary repairs. He did an excellent job. We were very pleased to his attention to detail and outstanding customer service. We highly recommend Cole Bradford for any and all of your Roofing needs. Call or text him at 972-824-2399
