Dan did an amazing job! We were getting a house ready to put on the market. He came in ahead of time, took detailed pictures of repairs he suggested, and sent me a detailed quote broken out by sections/repair with a price for each repair along with pictures. He was very good about communicating and working with our schedule and budget. Once work began, he would communicate multiple times per day with pictures and questions; he would always confirm before performing any additional work. At the end of each day he would send a progress update along with pictures and what he would be working on the next day. Great guy, super knowledgeable and great experience. He did an amazing job on the repairs as well, very professional quality work! I will definitely be calling on him for all future projects.
