Unlike several other services, WE do not have a quantity over quality attutude. This means we will not rush through your home to run to the next. Quality takes time and putting in extra effort takes time, and we will take the time to make your property shine.

ESTIMATES AND PRICING GUIDE... PLEASE READ
Thumbtack only gathers enough information to provide you a baseline price, which is determined by number of beds and baths, and a couple of extra services. Due to lack of specifics, there is a chance your estimate may increase
Knowing the number of beds and bath doesnt provide information and does not provide insight to the time, product, and extra special care that is required for us to thoroughly clean and shine your home.
Baseline prices include the following house specifications and rooms. Any customized rooms may result in an increase.
* 3000 or less sq feet
* 1 walkin closet per bedroom and 2 small walkin closet bedroom for master
* 1 linen closet per bathroom
*1 glass enclosements of shower per bathroom to equal no more than 2
* 1 living room
*1 room used for a TV-den-game room
*1 kitchen with breakfast nook and bar area
*1 formal dining room
*1 multi purpose room
*2 story homes
.. 1 staircase
.. 1 small landing/hall
Anything extra that is not included in baseline, excessive customizations, and built-ins will result in an increase in cost.
Each home is different and requires different types if attention and care, which results in differences in amount of time, effort, and product.

Online sessions $65/hr
In house $60/hr
Unpacking and putting away items, includes moving boxes and some furniture $75/hr
Organizing for garage sales, estate sales, auctions, or preparation to move $50/hr
Alternative forms of payments accepted: BTC
We will give you 110% to make your home SHINE, however, we cannot guarantee that everything will shine or the removal of all stains/etc due to varying factors such as years of buildup or condition of finish, etc
