- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
A phone interview normally lasts about 15 minutes where I will find out more information about your pets and the services your interested in. I will also explain how mobile grooming works to ensure I am the best fit for your needs so that you, the customer, is satisfied in the end. I will also answer any and all questions you may have to make sure you fully understand everything.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have over 7 years experience grooming at home, shops, and mobile. For several years I also groomed for a local AZ rescue every weekend to get there dogs ready for events before moving to Texas. I am mostly self taught but I have also completed petsmart academy and learned from many groomers over the years to refine my skills to complete the best groom on every dog.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I have always groomed my personal and rescue dogs but after starting at Petsmart I realized this could be a career and I've kept building on my education since.
