I had the pleasure to work with Etheny on multiple events. She was my key point of contact with WinStar World Casino when I was a Senior Account Executive at Texas Motor Speedway. She helped facilitate a NASCAR sponsorship throughout the year with the focus tied to a major race entitlement. Etheny is organized, well-prepared and extremely professional. Her attention to detail and calming nature make her an incredible asset. Our partnership ran the course of several years and Etheny oversaw WinStar's race sponsorship that included all partnership assets: on-site activation, signage deadlines, creative, hospitality coordination, and scheduling and execution of duties for WinStar execs and VIP's. She is well-respected in the industry. I truly hope our paths cross again and we have the opportunity to work together down the road!

We had the pleasure of working with Etheny over a seven month period in the planning of our son's wedding, rehearsal dinner, and reception and can highly recommend her without reservation. Her level of dedication and attention to detail was evident in the outstanding choice of venues and their staffs, the dÃ©cor and catering and the photography. I was particularly impressed with the way she handled last minute ceremony changes that became necessary because of inclement weather. Her decisiveness and professionalism calmed all our nerves and made the day one we will remember with joy. We had a elegant affair in which our guests were lavishly entertained for far less than many of the quotes we had received ourselves. We were totally satisfied and will be using Arrow Planning for all our important future events.

We hired Perfect Touch Event Planning for a Bat Mitzvah celebration for our daughter. Since this was the first big event I had ever planned I was nervous and needed a great deal of guidance and ideas. Etheny, from Perfect Touch Event Planning, provided a, beautiful custom color-board, clear timeline, suggestions, helpful advice and was attentive to absolutely every question or worry I had. The event turned out brilliantly. From the scheduling, to the decorations, to the location we chose. Each decision that Etheny had helped me with made for a wonderful, smooth and lovely event where I could relax and enjoy myself and know that all the planning we had done previously made all the difference! What types of customers have you worked with?
I really enjoy small birthday parties or celebrations. There is also something great about outdoor events in the spring/summer time.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
It's always a good idea to really look at your potential budget before confirming a guest count. More tables or food can really add up for small budgets.
