Seeing what they are looking for and making sure I am a good fit. Sending my information over to begin a conversation. Having a complimentary consultation call to continue discussion. Sending over proposal or contract to firm up date. Having conference call prior to event for more customization. Event - speak Debrief after event for any feedback.
