I wanted to post a real honest review of CW Sparks management co. I had a house rented and managed thru them and all I can say is they were very professional and honest and upfront with everything. The service I received was courteous, professional and timely, especially from Austin and Donald. I also had an unfortunate situation once with a terrible tenant who had to be evicted, and without CW Sparks's help it would have probably been an extremely difficult situation to get things sorted out. I have always had great service from everyone in the office and would definitely recommend property management thru them.

I've used PMI, Inc for over 3 years. I am very happy with the service they provide. Several times there have been issues at the house on a weekend or holiday and Katie was always there to get it repaired right away. She is very dedicated to her work. What does a property management company do?
