- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
That we are not the cheapest nor are we the most expensive! We are very detailed and strive for 24 hrs or less turnaround time for completed reports!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Phone consultation, schedule the appointment, get contract signed prior to the inspection being completed and payment must be made prior to the report being released to the client.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Previous real estate agent for several years, over 15 years in the mortgage industry, TREC licensed and fully insured!
