OMG!!! Trust the reviews. I left markita and Antonio to clean my place while at a appt. My appt was running late and had my best friend meet them and pay (my fault, didn’t expect my other appt to take so Long) and when I came home.... oh my goodness!!!! I was shocked!! - What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?Standard Clean bathroom(s): dust light fixtures within reach, dust blind and clean window sill (if applicable) clean mirror, sink, toilet, tub, shower, countertop, wipe light switches, and door handle, empty trash, sweep/vacuum/mop floor Bedroom(s): dust light fixtures within reach, dust blind and clean window sill, dust/clean furniture (dresser, table, etc.), wipe light switches, and door handle, empty trash, sweep/vacuum/mop floor Kitchen: dust light fixtures within reach, wipe/clean countertops, spot clean cabinets within reach, wipe/clean outside of fridge, stove top, dishwasher, and inside and out of microwave, wipe light switches, empty trash, sweep/vacuum/mop all floors Living Room: dust blinds, clean window sills, dust furniture (entertainment stand, end tables, etc.) within reach, wipe light switches, sweep/vacuum/mop floors Deep Clean: same as above but will include wiping down all cabinets in kitchen and bathroom (not just spot clean), cleaning baseboards, blinds, and doors. Also a ladder will be used if necessary to reach high up light fixtures/ceiling fans, and kitchen cabinets. al Move out/in clean: same as deep clean but will include cleaning of inside and outside of cabinets also since house is empty all shelves are wiped down *Additional Information* please keep in mind that cleaning will include the number of bedrooms and bathrooms listed plus the kitchen and living/dining. Any additional rooms will be charged or not cleaned. For instance an office, family room, second living or dining areas, or any extra bedroom or bathroom will not be cleaned unless charged. THIS INCLUDES THE FLOORS. Or, because of other jobs, there will not be enough time to clean additional areas. So please discuss this prior to our appointment.
