Contacted Jewels and we arranged a day and time for the cleaning. She was very responsive with price and other info. Even verified the day before the confirmation for the cleaning the next day. But no-showed and stopped communicating. I asked why she no-showed and left 3 messages and no response. The cleaning was scheduled for the morning. I waited til evening to write a review in case there was a legitimate excuse of why she couldnt make it but none was offered.
