We LOVED Leonard and his team. Super friendly, professional and efficient! They helped us move from Little Elm to a Dallas townhome with a tight staircase. I don’t know how they did it…but it took a ton of burden off of us and we were so grateful for their help. What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Hey guys! As far as pricing goes we start at $400 for the starting move itself and that covers truck fees, mileage fees, up to 2 movers, and a minimum of 4hrs moving time! If it so happens to go longer than 4hrs then it will be $75hr after the initial fee
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Hey guys! The only thing you will need to do before we set up a service is answer a few questions to the best of your ability and then we will work on setting up dates & times that work best for you!
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Hey guys! My team and I have many years of experience with moving and delivery. We have contracts with major companies such as IKEA and other delivery teams. We pride ourselves in taking care of the client first.
