Fitness has always been my passion! I have over 15 years of experience in the wellness industry as a certified personal trainer, and online health & nutrition coach. I believe that you should practice what you preach. I look forward to helping any client get to their goals, whether it's maintaining, weight loss, muscle gaining, or preparing for an event. I am a new mom, and can relate to how difficult it is to get back to feeling like yourself post partum. I have worked with many moms during the post partum phase. I believe that training hard but also smart is key. Injury prevention is equally important to any program. Building a healthy and strong body is the framework to a happy and healthy mind. Each session is a 55 minute 1 on 1 online/remote session. I tailor custom programs based off of your goals and limitations.

Jamie is AMAZING. Hands down truly the best. Jamie has years of experience that makes her invaluable. I love every single work out, and considering I can laugh and smile through the pain, it makes every 6am morning completely worth the wake up call. She is an absolute killer that helps not only build muscle, but confidence in yourself. In addition to being a trainer, Jamie is a dear friend. She truly has a heart of gold and will always go above and beyond for every single client that is fortunate enough to work with her. Trust me, you'll love her...even when you want to hate her with "5 more" reps....you'll thank her after. It's a burn unlike any other.

What can I say? Training with Jamie is easily the best decision I've made for my health and wellbeing in years. There is no time during the week that my body, mind and spirit feel more harmonized (and sweaty) than after a session with Jamie. I am writing to review my experience training with Jamie. She has helped me change my life and achieve goals I never believed were possible. With her guidance and support, I have shed 40lbs, built muscle, and gained confidence. Jamie created a custom eating plan to fit my goals, lifestyle, and accommodate my medical condition. She is extremely knowledgable and offered me a tremendous amount of guidance with my daily macronutrients. I always look forward to my personal training sessions with Jamie. She pushes me and encourages me to lift heavy. I never feel at risk of becoming injured because Jamie ensures I maintain proper form. Additionally, she offers level based small group training classes, which are a great value. If you have an opportunity to work with Jamie--do it! What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I charge $70 per session. My sessions are live 1 on 1 online sessions. I train clients in their home, building, or commercial gyms. If you’re looking for in person I am available at my home gym in 75115 zip code.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I require an intake form to be filled out prior to working with you.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am ACE certified personal trainer and ACE sports nutrition certified.
