- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Prices for our corporate stays are seasonal. You can see what a stay at any of our managed properties would cost by visiting our website. For homeowners, we pay fair market rental value for your home and rent for as long as as the demand for short to medium term stays is strong in your area. So far we haven't stopped renting a single place yet because we only agree to take on a property after proper due diligence in assessing your property's potential.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
For traveling professionals, we will work to understand your desired area, amenities and price range to determine the best fit property for you. Once we've found the perfect place, onboarding is a snap and we can typically get you in your home away from home within 24 hours. For homeowners, we assess your home's potential to suit our traveling professional clientele's needs and make an offer to rent your home. Once a lease agreement is signed, all you need to do is sit back and enjoy stress free, reliable cash flow. Ask any of our partner homeowners - we never miss a payment.
