What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Travel fees. I do charge a travel already included in the price.
I’m located in league city tx, anything within my location more than 30 miles I charge $50 on top a fee for marriage license certified mailing.
Sometimes couples will need rehearsal that’s another $50 fee.
I send them the contract everything is stated there.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Phone call to discuss the details of their ceremony, also I do video chat, it will be up to the couple. From there we take it step by step on how you get your marriage license, what type of ceremony and special additions involved in their ceremony such as including children, loved ones, unity candle and much more. You want me to dress like star wars I will be open to! I like making memories excited. We can do a just a simple I do to a very detailed fun memorable ceremony. It all depends on the couple 😁
