If you aren't able to book a slot for a specific later time in the day.Please select the earliest booking slot then let me know afterwards what specific time you would like for the job to start in order for me to change the time manually.Thank you! What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
supplies/equipment is included in each service that is provided. We offer $50.00 off Deep cleaning & $20.00 off Standard reoccurring bookings. I also require a $50.00 non refundable deposit In order to secure your slot manually on our booking app prior to your appointment ,which will be deducted from final pricing on the day of your cleaning appointment. Im wiling to provide Vacant homes a discount rate on a case by case basis,which is determined on a lot of factors that we can negotiate once I get more details about the home. What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I April the owner of AOK Cleaning would like to first take an initial walk through of the home to know what the top priorities are for the customers needs, which will give me an better insight on where I should start cleaning first in order to get the job completed in an efficient & timely fashion.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Accounting which helps with the office side of the business along with over 10 yrs detailed professional cleaning experience.
