I'm a certified executive chef (ACF 2000). I have over 25 years in the "biz." Spending 13 years in Colorado working at the top restaurants, clubs, and the Denver Athletic Club.
Here in Texas, I was the executive chef at Mignon in Plano. I have been hosting personal chef events while working for the past 10 years. I do anything, from dinner for two to black tie/New Year's event for 60 people.
I offer French, Mediterranean, American, Italian, and Asian cuisines; BBQ; your family recipes; and anything you can imagine or want to duplicate. Also, I prepare some pastries.
