Joe was asked to freestyle a simple two layer marble cake and it was “Outstanding”.. We enjoyed the stater and Entrée. His company was very natural like we met before. My little one robbed her “Penny-bank” to give Joe a tip for the awesome food and craft work. We will met again! If your looking for a chef I recommend Joe…

5 stars just isn't enough to begin to explain how amazing Joe was as our chef last night. The experience he created for me and my boyfriend for his birthday was amazing. The food was top notch. He is charismatic and very passionate about his work. So expect nothing but good food and great company. He is very professional, detailed and will make sure you have had an amazing time. Did i mention the food was amazing, well seasoned and well cooked. I will definitely be hiring him again. Thank you Joe we really did enjoy our meal.

Joe did an amazing job for my husbands birthday dinner party of 8. Crab cakes for appetizer, summer salad, and for the main course surf and turf : a filet & shrimp scampi with brussels and mashed potatoes. Such a fun experience and everyone loved it!
