Where do I start? We like to think that we keep a clean house. My wife and I share the cleaning duties although she might tell you that they're not evenly distributed between the two of us :-) We decided to have my mother-in-laws 70th birthday party at our house. We invited family and several of her closest friends. My wife is a school teacher so I didn't want her to have to do any of the cleaning in preparation for this party. I knew it was time to bring in a professional. I use thumbtack for just about every service need I have so there was no question where I'd go to look for someone to clean our house. Within minutes I got a quote from Lashonda. I got several quotes from different people, her's was not the lowest nor was it the highest. She did have the most reviews and they were impressive. I chose Ground Up Cleaning and it was such a good choice. Lashonda, Amanda, and Uncle Jr. showed up right on time. They came in and immediately went to work. This was a "deep cleaning" by the way. All of the baseboards, the blinds, the windows, and even the walls were cleaned. When I went into the bathrooms I thought I had stepped into a 5 star hotel. The floors were shiny and clean, and the smell of freshness filled the house. Not one detail was missed. My wife was so pleased. The work they performed was top notch. Now that I've spoken about their work, let me tell you about the workers. I had planned on cleaning out my garage while all of this house cleaning was going on. Instead I sat there and had a very nice conversation with Lashonda. I hope I wasn't a distraction to her. By the time they were finished (about three hours) we had gotten to know each other and I was even more sure I had made the right choice. Lashonda is a Godly woman, she loves what she does and it shows. I feel like not only do I have a cleaning company for my house, I now have a new friend. I wish we could have invited her, her employees, and her family to the birthday party (we didn't want my mother-in-law to know that we hired someone to clean, it might make her feel bad) because I now consider her family. I wholeheartedly recommend Ground Up Cleaning for any cleaning needs, conversation, or prayer requests. I'm so glad I got to meet them. My God continue to bless your business.
