Jerry was very quick to answer a request for a quote. He scheduled us for same day service to transition our cooler to furnace. Although he hit a snag at another job, he still prioritized our service to immediately follow even though it was after 5pm so we didn't have to manage the cool house for another night. Jerry was thorough and clean. He checked for gas leaks and carbon monoxide throughout the house to ensure the furnace was operating safely. He provided us with specific instructions and signs to look for if the CO became dangerous. Jerry is who I will call every season to turn over our heating and cooling and he is definitely who I'll call when we transition to refrigerated air. A true professional!
