David and his crew do amazing work. Removed old carpet and some tile, quickly and efficiently. Replaced old flooring with GORGEOUS "hardwood" tiles. We couldn't be happier with the outcome. If you want perfection, call the wood floor specialist!!

David refinished my original wood floors. Repaired/replaced damaged wood, sanded and varnished. Did a wonderful job replacing damaged wood. Was very prompt, very trustworthy, very polite and a dog lover. Everything for a very reasonable price. Have been recommending him and will hire him again!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Installation prices: Engineered/Unfinished flooring 2.75 sq.ft Laminate flooring 1.50 Sand and finish 2.75 Recoating 1.25 Repairs Minimum 325.00 Prices will vary depending on floor preparation and/or furniture removal. Call for a free estimate and a more accurate quote.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We give free estimates and provide samples and on site pricing. We can provide labor and/or material. Payment method will be discussed prior to signing the contract.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have over 20 years of experience and have some college background.
