Unfortunately, I have to rate them poorly. They were very kind on the phone, and I appreciated that, but at the end of the day, I had two back to back no shows. I had to completely rearrange my schedule to accommodate the cleanings to begin with, which is of course to be expected for things like this, but to have two no shows after all that work is really disappointing. I was relying on getting my place cleaned for a move, so now I'm left scrambling last minute 😅 They told me they are closing shop in my area now due to their inability to get a cleaner.
