- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I am always willing to negotiate pricing to meet the customers needs!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I am a professional, therefore I will schedule a meeting with the customer or property management at their property. I will provide them an estimate. Then I will forward them the estimate via email or paper copy. If I receive the hire, I will complete the job, and provide an invoice/receipt of completion.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have 10+ years of experience with painting and drywall. I worked for my father and several companies in Memphis,TN. Currently I am conducting my own business.
