I am very happy with the service I received from 5 star! I had a room I needed painted. I had an estimate scheduled within 24 hours and had a painter in within 2 days of the estimate. They worked very fast and efficient. I was not able to be there at the time so I was able to drop off my key and have the painter come in while I was not home. They cleaned up after they were done and did a great job getting it all painted. Looks good as new! Pete, the gentleman I dealt with for the estimate and the coordination was great and extremely helpful. He was very flexible with me which was great. I highly recommended this painting company! 10/10 will use again if I need to!

Great work with good prices. The owner was very friendly and professional. Tony was the main person I dealt with and he was trustworthy and professional. The painter was professional and very knowledgeable about the job he was doing. Overall, Im satisfied with the work and feels good about getting my house painted using this company.

Five Star PaintingI would like to start by saying Five Star Painting earned their stars.I had been putting off this project for over a year, and I finally decided to start looking for a painter. My wife and I happened to go to the Home & Garden Show and we came across Five Star Painting, the ladies got our info and we received a phone call the following day by Mr. Campos. Long story short I hired Five Star Painting and was very happy with their work. Mr. Campos was very professional in every aspect of his job. Also, the two workers that painted my house were very professional in every aspect of their job. The workers power washed the house and removed the old caulking and re-caulked. The house was painted in 2 days. The workers did not make a single mess and there were no drops of paint around the house. I would hire Five Star Painting again for my next paint job. Hired Five Star Painting to paint the exterior of our home, and make a few repairs to wood siding and water damage under eves due to prior roof leaks. My home is a big two story home with some custom work that makes it a bit complicated. They did my wrought iron (doors and fences), as well as shutters and my balcony floors too. Throw in the fact that I am pretty picky and want things done right, means that it was a challenge for Five Star. Well, they met the challenge and did a solid job! They even replaced a broken window (that was broken by a golf ball a couple years ago). Jorge Campos (owner, production manager, and not afraid to pick up a paint brush) is an honest guy, a hard worker, and made sure I was completely satisfied. I recommend you consider Five Star if you need painting done in El Paso. There are a bunch of other guys that will paint your home a bit cheaper probably, but if you want a professional company that stands behind their work, who show up every day until the job is done, and know they are not finished until you are satisfied, then go with Five Star.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Each job is different, so in order to give you the most accurate price - we need to know the full scope of the work. This means things like how much area needs to be taped off, what the actual surface area of your space that needs to be painted is (because square footage of room doesn’t equal square footage of painted area!), and the color and condition of your walls.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We meet and I provide a free on site painting estimate. Once the customer approves our quote, a Five Star representative Salesperson or Production Manager gets in touch with the customer to schedule the work. We walk through and make sure we’re on the same page (e.g. colors, # of coats, and the daily schedule) and identify any issues ahead of time. We check our jobs daily and make ourselves available to our customers for any issues that may arise.
At job completion, we walk around again with the customer to ensure that they are completely satisfied with the final product. At that time we request final payment. All unused paint will be left for the customer.
