Mr Nava took the job of cleaning our apartment upon move out on short notice that morning he arrived and brought two young men, Christian and Jerry, to handle the job. The young men worked very hard, didn't take breaks, and we're so nice and polite. I thoroughly enjoyed them being there cleaning while I was trying to finish my packing. The price charged was the agreed on price. I was very pleased.
Completed several remodel projects. Replaced windows and blinds for the entire house, closet reorganization for master closet, and laundry room cabinets. Decorating Den was very professional, took the time to find out what my preferences were, and established a project outline from that.
I had been looking for someone to remodel my kitchen for such a long time and thankfully I came across DWL Construction. They're fast and efficient and I felt really comfortable leaving my house in their hands. I really love the way my kitchen looks now! Thank you Victor for being so understanding.
I hired them to cut open my kitchen floor and re-route plumbing to an island that I'm building. I'm one of those obnoxious do-it-yourself homeowners, so it was a bit of a blow to my pride to hire someone, but while I've done plenty of plumbing, I haven't done copper soldering yet. And while I'm very open to learn, I didn't want my first try to be somewhere that would be buried under concrete and Inaccessible for troubleshooting if issues arise. Their price was very competitive, they were available very quickly, and they were very professional and friendly. The job seemed pretty straightforward and they said they could probably have it done in a day or less, and were available the very next day, which worked out very well. The only reason for 4/5 stars was because they didn't smooth the concrete as much as I would have liked (it ended up being quite a bit more work than I'd expected to finish smoothing and preparing the concrete to replace the tile). But the guy doing the job had stayed very late to make sure it got done, and despite it taking twice the time they'd originally thought (unexpected things do happen), they still honored their original quote. So all in all I wouldn't take more than one star - I still felt they worked very hard for less than they could have charged, had we known to begin with what the job would entail. In general, working with them was a pleasure and I will certainly hire them again and/or recommend them to friends.
Newsky El Paso (El Paso, TX) did the remodel work on 2 of our bathrooms to our complete satisfaction. Larry, the owner, uses his own employees, who along with him, have all the requisite craftsmanship/building skills to complete the jobs. When they ran into unexpected difficulties, Larry relied on his decades of experience to recommend resolutions and has the skills to implement the fix. You will need to make all your own purchases of major items: toilets, tubs, cabinets, tops, faucets, paint, tile, etc., He supplies the ancillary stuff needed to complete the install which is built into his estimate. Make sure you get all the installation instructions, warranty papers, operating manuals, extra parts, etc. His guys are really good about getting rid of trash, but you need to let Larry know what you want to keep or out it goes. Let him know you want quality painting - no short cuts like leaving switch plates on the walls or hinges on doors and painting around them. He'll ensure the painter complies.
Upon moving into a new house, I found a lot of termite damage and Tim has been helping me with this along with other renovations. Because of the termites he has replaced all the sheet rock in my kitchen along with other kitchen renovations. He helped with porch supports, remodeled my bathrooms, replaced tile. He has helped me with electrical syetm in my home by moving light switches, replacing breakers and moving wires. He replaced my water heater, and even took out a few trees in my yard. He knocked out spare walls, and has basically helped me rebuild my house from the ground up. He has been a great advocate to help me do all of these projects within my budget, helping me find the best priced quality materials. Tim is efficient in all aspects of home remodel. I've been amazed by the great work that's been done.
MAJO repaired and refinished my kitchen walls before painting them, and they also removed the old floor tiles and laid a new floor of vinyl tiles for me. The workers kept to their schedule and did a great job. The walls and floor look brand new. It was easy to get ahold of Alan before, while, and after the work was done. I have also used their services to repair a bedroom door jamb and hang a door for me there. I'll be installing kitchen cabinets soon, and I'll be contacting MAJO to do that job for me, too. MAJO is very professional with a personal touch.
Enis tile removed all the existing flooring in my house (about 1700 sq ft) and replaced it with tile and laminate flooring. Kitchen, living room, baths and hallway are tile and the bedrooms laminate. The showers are tiled with upgraded plumbing. The whole exterior was painted and the interior as well. Mr Delgado is always pleasant, the work progresses uninterrupted and the costs are what he quoted. Very professional work.
I am remodeling my kitchen and wanted quartz counter tops. I shopped in Las Cruces but was unhappy with either the quoted cost or the quartz selections. I was uncomfortable with another of the companies I talked with. Someone told me that Kitchen & Bath Remodeling, which used to have a shop in Las Cruces, was now located in Anthony, NM. I was happy to learn this since they had done the granite counter in my master bath several years ago. I was happy with their work in my master bath and assumed I would be happy with their work in my kitchen. I was not disappointed. The cost was reasonable, the work was done quickly and my counters are beautiful. I'm so happy I found Kitchen & Bath Remodeling again.
Ray Martinez was contracted to perform a major renovation of our home in Amarillo, Texas. The1,652 sq. ft., 3 bedroom, 2 bath home had been rented out for 10 years and required both structural and cosmetic renovation. Ray went through the home with us and provided a labor only bid, with us supplying materials and plumbing and electrical sub-contractors. The project was estimated at 12 weeks, with a weekly draw on labor paid each week. The project was completed in 16 weeks, which was an acceptable variance due to travel between El Paso, TX and Amarillo, TX and 2 weeks requested by Ray for personal reasons. The scope of work was adhered to and daily communication addressing changes and unforeseen complications kept a good working relationship. Ray and his team worked well with other trades on this project, and on several occasions the sub-contractors complimented Ray's work ethic and professionalism. This project included creating an open floor plan in the living and dining room by removing walls and installing new header beam, new tile backsplash and cabinet refinishing in the kitchen, installation of new kitchen appliances, master bath rebuild with stone shower and fixtures, guest bath rebuild with stone tub enclosure and fixtures, installation of new door molding throughout, installation of 6 new interior doors, 2 sliding glass closet doors, and 2 exterior doors. All walls and ceilings were repaired and painted. All doors and millwork were painted. Ceiling fans and light fixtures were installed in all rooms. The exterior eaves, soffit, fascia were all painted. Built out and painted a ceiling for a 30' x 15' covered patio. Ray respected our home like it was his. His work area was cleaned every evening and in many cases was cleaner than I could have kept it. There was some minor painting overspray that had to be cleaned up for a few weeks, but nothing I couldn't live with. I always trusted that if Ray said it would get done, it would. I would have no hesitation in having Ray work in my home. In fact, there are some projects that we could not finish on this contract that I will have Ray do for us.
