I have started in my new location in Horizon City. I train out of my garage and have everything you will need to be successful in your quest for muscular strength and weightloss. I have been training/working out with Scott of SMK for over a year now and I can’t even begin to describe how it’s changed my life. Scott is the best coach I’ve ever worked with. He listens and really cares about the whole person. I’ve had ups and downs throughout the year and Scott has always been encouraging and nonjudgmental. I’m in the best shape and health of my life. Without question, I highly recommend SMK.

Thank you for those kind words and you are the best client a trainer could have because you are motivated even on the bad days and you dont allow yourself to use life as a crutch. You are an inspiration to those who have watched you train. I envy you simply because you have so much tenacity and you attack our workouts like your life depends on it. When I sometimes think twice about an exercise your are like "lets do it"! That type of attitude and warrior spirit is only found in a few and you embody the very essence of it.

Well prepared routines. The class is challenging while variables for different levels are always offered. Body mechanics and purpose of movement are explained in order to workout appropriately. I’m rating with four stars because there is always room for improvement, and it is noticed that Scott is always striving for it. Highly recommended!

I appreciate your support tremendously! You came to the class when the workouts were at their hardest. You continued to train at a time when most people come to the class and we never see them again because they think the class is too hard for their fitness levels. You have learned so much since you have been here and now that you will be here for a whole year you can learn so much more! Thank you for your loyalty, we may not have all the fancy equipment but what we do have is lots of character and motivation, and you contribute to it every week!

Thanks Aide for your participation, its really been that long. You took charge of your life by coming to my class and gaining an interest in fitness. Since the beginning you were always upbeat and had a great attitude. You were willing to try everything at least once. Through your willingness to exercise and focus on nutritional eating you have some of the most muscular legs in the class. Your vitals are lower than what they were also the non-scale victories are there as well as the scale victories. Its your attitude that makes it easy to train you and you care about your health. In this time you also learned alot as well and can perform many exercises without me so you are very independent and that was my goal .....thanks again for helping me, help you!

Scott ensures that client gets a great workout and encourages client to learn the how and why of the body movements during workout. By doing this , he ensures that there is a lesser chance for injury while maximizing the workout. Nutritional education is also available for anyone interested. Everything from grocery lists, daily meal plan suggestions and information on the benefits of a good nutrition plan to follow in conjunction with an exercise plan designated to meet the client's needs. SMK Fitness is always striving to encourage, support and push the client to bring out the best in you!

Thank you for your response, having you in my group fitness classes is a real joy. You push yourself and you inadvertently motivate others. I believe everyone is an athlete and everyone has the potential to be better versions of themselves if they are willing to try something new. I saw the hunger and you and Norma's eyes during our first Tabata class ever! Unlike others that witness my Tabata classes you weren't intimidated by the pace of the class and you always stood up wanting to do more. Never a complaint just the occasional grunt letting me know your pushing yourself! You pride yourself on good form and I can always count on you to let me know if I didn't explain something correctly because if I didn't when I look at your form it will be off. You guys help me and so many ways and when you came to our group you improved it completely from the demeanor of the group to assisting newer members that walked in late while i was conducting the warm up. You are a force multiplier and I am extremely happy that you choose to be apart of my class, without you in it the class wouldn't have the calm welcoming atmosphere that you provide the minute they walk through the door.

For me, it was a great experience training with him. I got stronger, my body muscles are more defined, and my waist line is smaller. I look and feel alot better than before I started training with him. He is excellent . He also talks about the importance of nutrions during training. I have never trained a woman that has had the most skeletal muscular percentage and the least bodyfat percentage in my whole career. The fact that you knew this about yourself and still wanted to keep striving to be a better and chose me to do it with you, totally floored me!
