Mike has been the most helpful trainer I have ever had! He makes the workouts fun as well as exciting that it makes you look forward to seeing what else he has up his sleeve! He will make sure you are doing the exercise right and motivates you to keep going through out the whole workout! He has helped me not only to reach my goals but also to gain back the confidence i had lost!! No doubt he is the best in town!

Hired on Thumbtack

Excellent personal trainer, he works with you to develop a plan for you and your needs, he pushes but does it in a way that you don't even realize it til you feel the sweat pouring off of you! Never had a trainer before, but I picked it right!!!

Make no mistake, Michael is the real deal. He is incredibly knowledgeable, he has a wonderful personality, and will push you beyond your mind, body and soul. You will feel great after a work-out and know that you are working out muscles you never thought you had. I highly recommend Michael!

Totally love his style of training!! He is very motivating but at the same time commits you push hard and workout intensely. He walks you through every exercise and thoroughly explains what area of the body the exercise is working on and makes sure that form is correct. He is a ball of energy and keeps you energized!! Kuddos to Mike ...love love LOVE his method/style of training!!!

Training with Mike Olivas has truly been a blessing. I am asthmatic and never thought that my body could endure strenuous trainining. Mike has customized every aspect of my workout to meet my needs and accommodate my physical abilities. I am getting stronger and reaching my goals through his guidance. Mike is wise beyond his years and is a genuine caring person. I recommend him as a trainer to anyone at any fitness level!
