- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Screen repairs are typically much more streamlined. In most cases, we simply determine the manufacturer and specific model of the device in question, acquire the necessary parts, and then schedule the repair. For all other issues, the general process involves: Determining what the problem is, what is causing that problem, the most reliable and cost effective way to remedy the problem, and finally, we present our findings in order for you to make an informed decision.

5+ years of hands on computer/network repair experience. 3+ years of screen repair experience.
