      After waiting for two days on a response from two other businesses on Thumbtack and not getting one, we were going on 3 days with no hot water. I contacted Modern Appliance late at night and they set an appointment for the next morning. They were prompt, courteous and even offered financing, which for me, working on a retirement check was a big plus being able to pay in installments. After pulling the old water heater out, they informed me that our hot water that we had been using was filled with rust and it had caused the heater to leak inside. After replacing it, the color and temp of the hot water has greatly improved. I highly recommend these good people to anyone, especially retired military.
