I truly care about each person I work with. I never provide generic workouts or meal plan suggestions. I make sure each workout is tailored to their goals so they will get results. My workouts are challenging and progress is made. Personal Training goes beyond me counting to 12-15 several times in our workout. We learn to trust each other and build a relationship. The thing i love most about my job is seeing the smile on my clients faces when they see the changes they are getting from us working together. I keep you motivated and our workouts fresh so you don't get discouraged and stay excited about working out. I like that I can be creative and change up the workouts.

One of the best personal training sessions I have ever been put through. Belle asked me what I wanted to work on and I said I wanted to kill my legs and she delivered. The stretch therapy after our session was great as well. I highly recommend her!

Belle is absolutely the best personal trainer and teacher I have ever worked with! I am amazed at the things she has taught me. Her knowledge, experience and approach to training has been beneficial in many ways. She continues to challenge me and yet not make it so I would not want to come back. She motivates me and keeps a constant mixture of new exercises with new levels of challenges while maintaining a core approach to restraint training. Its not an easy task, as I am someone that gets bored easy and just gives up. But Belle has made it exciting and fun! Her flexibility and willingness to accommodate my schedule has been really convenient for me to meet all my workout wants and needs. No matter what your fitness goals are, I am absolutely certain that Belle will be more than able to help get you there! ~Sabrina

Belle is an outstanding trainer! She is very patient with my endless fitness questions. Always answers everything in detail, increasing my knowledge of exercise and nutrition. But my favorite thinkg about our training is the uniqueness of her resistance training plans. I've been exercising all my life and trained with dozens of trainers and until now 've never come across such a unique approach to weightlifting. If you want your butt kicked into shape, this is your girl :)

Belle is an outstanding personal trainer! Whether you are preparing for a fitness competition or just trying to get yourself in better shape I would definitely recommend her as a trainer! She's very energetic, super nice, and very knowledgable about the body and nutrition. Most people are intimidated to workout with a trainer but that's not the case with Belle, she's very approachable and makes you feel very comfortable. She's extremely motivating and pushes you to kill each workout! In the past, I have had trainers that were constantly on their phone or engaging in conversation with other gym members while training me, that has never been the issue with Belle. Belle explains each workout and educates you on what specific exercises target specific areas! I learned so much from her after just one hour!! For example, I assumed that doing weighted ab workouts would bring me results quick but I quickly learned from Belle that ab workouts that involve weight actually can make you wider!!!! So thankful for all her help and all her fitness tips!! When you're in her court her focus is 100% on you! Check her out!!!

Great online trainer! Easy to follow plans and great motivator!!! I saw results within a few weeks. Would definitely recommend this online trainer and her programs.
