I do offer discounts for first time clients and additional discounts for recurring services
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My process starts by learning exactly what services the client needs and understanding their budget so I can work within those ranges. I’m always upfront with pricing so there are no hidden fees or surprises. Most importantly, my focus is on delivering quality work that leaves clients fully satisfied. If someone is more focused on the price than the results, then I know I haven’t done my job right.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I’ve been cleaning for over 20 years, starting with homes for family and friends. Through that experience and hands-on training, I’ve built a strong foundation in providing quality cleaning. What I love most is knowing my work makes a difference—and seeing the smiles on my clients’ faces makes it all worthwhile.
