Our process starts with understanding the customer’s needs. We ask a few key questions about the home, the type of cleaning needed, and any specific areas of focus. Based on that information, we provide a clear, upfront quote. Once the service is scheduled, our professional team arrives on time with the proper equipment and products for each area of the home. We follow a detailed checklist to ensure consistency and quality, and we’re always open to feedback to make sure the customer is fully satisfied.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I bring over 25 years of experience in the cleaning industry, which has given me a deep understanding of what homeowners need when trusting someone with their space. This experience led me to develop the residential side of my company, focused on delivering real value, consistency, and care. I’ve also authored a book on the cleaning industry, sharing best practices and standards learned over the years. My training emphasizes using the correct chemicals and professional equipment for each area, along with leading a well-trained team committed to excellence and respect for every client’s property.
