Wonderful experience. Very professional work with moving my dining room. Not a single scratch, all wrapped, loaded, and unloaded. Even a few items needed assembly and they took care of it. I’s recommend them and call them for moving again!

I called GRO TRANSPORT around noon on a Friday with a last minute request to have one piece of very heavy furniture moved from Melissa, TX to Gainesville, TX that same day before 6pm. Matt was very quick to respond and I was happy to hear that he could accommodate me and get this piece of furniture moved for me. He went over the rate and was very quick to send me a work order confirmation. They work order was itemized with the details of the job and very easy to understand. It was very professional. I asked him to keep me updated on the status of the trucks arrival to pick up the piece and he did just that. The communication was excellent. He was very prompt and easy to work with, keeping me in the loop on the drivers ETA to drop off the piece of furniture in Gainesville. When the driver arrived, I noticed they had wrapped and secured the piece when they picked it up which was very much appreciated. The 2 movers unloaded and put the piece inside, making sure I was happy with their work. They were very careful not to scratch the floor and even set out padded blankets as they got the heavy piece in place. They were very nice, polite & friendly and did a great job moving this piece inside. When they finished, they cleaned up the wrapping and took it with them, leaving no mess at all. Thank you GRO TRANSPORT! If you need movers, I recommend this propfessional.

Great experience with this company. Had a few heavy heirloom pieces of furniture we needed moved out of house to storage unit in preparation for house sale. They took extra care moving these items. Also moved all of our holiday decor out of our 8x12 storage shed into storage. Guys did a great job maximizing the space available in our new storage unit. Would definitely use them again.

The movers did an excellent job. They were very quick, efficient, and friendly throughout the entire move. They also gave us helpful advice on how to protect our floors from scratches when moving heavy furniture, which we really appreciated. Since we moved from out of state, it was refreshing to meet such wholesome and kind people. Their professionalism, positive attitude, and willingness to help made the whole experience much less stressful. They exceeded our expectations, and we gladly recommend them.

    We are a Dallas based, full-service moving company offering a fixed rate of $110.00 an hour for two professional movers plus a one-time service fee of $49.99 for ground level moves. This includes two movers and a fully stocked 24FT or 26FT box truck. Our team of experienced movers will carefully wrap your belongings with stretch wrap and quilt pads. After they arrive at your new location, they can assemble your furniture and place your belongings exactly where you'd like. They can also install appliances such as washers, dryers, fridges, etc. In case of any incidents, you are covered under our general liability insurance.
