I can’t thank you enough to Angela and movers from My DFW Movers LLC! I’ve had some terrible experiences with other movers the night before and the next day morning, and I contacted other companies to move my stuffs up to the 3rd floor from a truck at the last minute. I had a very limited time to move my belongs because I had to work at night. Angela responded to my messages very quickly, and she was very kind to send 3 movers right away, within an hour and half from Dallas to Ft. Worth, even gave me a discount for the moving fee. Movers arrived on time and very carefully and quickly moved all of my expensive/fragile furnitures to the 3rd floor!!! that I’ve worried so much about since a month ago. I had a very fragile mirrored dresser, a couch, an armchair, a full size spring box, and a mattress, and a metal bed frame which are all heavy and quite expensive that needed to move all to the 3rd floor including many boxes. They even helped me to assemble my canopy bed frame at the end. They really tried their best to move my belongs very carefully. Movers were also very polite and good people. Angela’s communication was so wonderful and helped me to make my very stressful day so much easier. I won’t doubt to hire them in the future again and again!!! Thank you, Angela!!

Great moving experience. Angela provided great customer service. We had just completed a remodel and the moving crew were very professional and careful in moving the furniture around newly painted walls and new hardwood floors. Won’t hesitate in using them again

DO NOT USE THIS MOVING COMPANY EVER! I found this Moving Company on Thumbtack for a 10/11/22 move from storage to our new home, and the experience was horrific. What should have been a 1-day move turned out to be 5 days of moving for a 3-bdrm home. First, take nothing they say as truth, and PLEASE get a contract of what they are expected to do and when if you are so boldly wanting to use them after reading this review. We failed to do so and are still paying for it. They quoted me one hourly rate of $129 hr. plus one $40 trip/diesel fee and switched the cost mid-way into the move after they had made one trip of delivery and all of our things were still not even delivered when they indicated they had completed the delivery. (everything that I have read indicates that this is illegal). After delivering the first load, they informed us that their truck had leaked oil all over our driveway at my new house (pictures). When they picked up the 2nd delivery and were told that they would not be paid until they removed the oil, they took our 2nd load of belongings hostage on their trailer (pictures) until we paid them over and above what was quoted and then threatened to put our things in storage and said we would also have to pay a storage fee. Because the truck was leaking oil, day two was a complete loss because they could not get their truck repaired and had to rent a trailer, but they did not show up on day two. On day three, they picked up more of our belongings from storage and indicated that all of our things did not fit on their trailer and left them in storage. They arrived at 7 pm to deliver the 2nd load of belongings in a trailer (pictures) and had not addressed the oil spillage in the driveway. When asked what they intended to do about it, they said they had something to remove it. I told them that until I see that it is removed, they will not be paid. I also noticed and brought to their attention that they had created multiple tire marks upon arriving and damaged the concrete in our driveway (pictures). They then said their "big" boss would be coming by to meet with us but have yet to show up or call. I don't believe there was another boss and that the lead mover (Brandon) was the boss but used Angela as the front owner. Whenever I asked to speak with someone else, I was always directed to her. After about 30 minutes, they drove off with our things in tow and took our belongings hostage. On day three, I received a text from Angela (owner) indicating that we would have to work with Brandon moving forward because she has 4 kids and is a single parent??? After leaking oil, damaging the concrete, and leaving tire marks in our driveway, there at no time were any apologies and no attempt to remove or clean up the tire marks, address the concrete, and the oil by now looked the same a day later, and they had taken our things, hostage, to who knows where. On day three, we had to call them to see when they would be bringing back our things; Brandon then indicated that not until we paid them $1,300 would we get anything, and if he didn't have the money by 2 pm, he would be charging storage fees. The amount had somehow increased by $250 more than quoted the night before they took our belongings (Quoted amount of $1,100). A red flag amongst many was when they did not want us to pay through Thumbtack but via Cashapp or Zelle Pay. We paid Zelle, and then Brandon insisted on getting a copy of my driver's license, or he would not do the delivery even though my bank confirmed the Zelle Pay was authorized. We did not receive our belongings until day four at 6 pm. We later discovered on Day five that some things were missing that my husband saw placed on their pickup truck the night they took our things. When told that we saw the missing items on their pickup truck, Brandon then admitted that they had them and would deliver them to us the same evening. When he did not show up, we called him, and he was home and said he would deliver them the following day, which he did. We still have identified some artwork we have been unable to locate, but at this point, we want nothing to do with them. We missed time from work and experienced extreme stress and anguish with this mover. The person we worked with called himself Brandon, but whenever he called us on his cell, the name came up as Roger Moore, which happens to be the name of one of the people who did a review on Thumbtack (R Moore). This may be a coincidence, but I don't think so. No person should ever have to experience what we did with this company--DFW Movers. This information is true and accurate, as experienced by myself and my spouse. UPDATE: Filed complaint with BBB, DFW MOVERS did not respond to the complaint. Filed a claim with their insurance for damages to the driveway and it was determined that they had no insurance to cover damages or to replace missing items. Still have anguish about this move...
