I recently hired Chef Niko for my fiancé’s surprise birthday dinner, and I honestly don’t even know where to begin – WOW, just wow. From start to finish, the experience was beyond anything we could have imagined. I gave him a general frame for what I wanted, and he took that vision and put his own twist on every single detail. The result was a 5-course dinner that was creative, flavorful, and elevated in a way that blew us away. The food was absolutely phenomenal. What impressed me most was how he could take something so simple and familiar, and completely reimagine it into a dish you’ll never forget. For example, I never thought okra could be exciting, but the way he prepared it had us all saying, “Okay… this is NEXT level.” Each course flowed beautifully, and you could taste the thought and passion behind every bite. But it wasn’t just the food—Chef Niko handled décor as well, and the entire space felt warm, elegant, and special. He transformed the evening into something far more than just a dinner; it was an experience. And let me not forget Isa, our bartender, who was equally amazing! The drinks were perfectly crafted, balanced, and really brought the whole night together. This was hands-down one of the most special and memorable celebrations we’ve had, and it wouldn’t have been possible without them. I will absolutely be hiring Chef Niko again (and again, and again!) for future events. Chef Niko did some simply things really well which is what we were looking for. He did a good job balancing meals between kids and adults. Everything was prepared perfectly and we plan to hire him again in the future!
