The food was absolutely phenomenal. What impressed me most was how he could take something so simple and familiar, and completely reimagine it into a dish you’ll never forget. For example, I never thought okra could be exciting, but the way he prepared it had us all saying, “Okay… this is NEXT level.” Each course flowed beautifully, and you could taste the thought and passion behind every bite.
But it wasn’t just the food—Chef Niko handled décor as well, and the entire space felt warm, elegant, and special. He transformed the evening into something far more than just a dinner; it was an experience. And let me not forget Isa, our bartender, who was equally amazing! The drinks were perfectly crafted, balanced, and really brought the whole night together.
This was hands-down one of the most special and memorable celebrations we’ve had, and it wouldn’t have been possible without them. I will absolutely be hiring Chef Niko again (and again, and again!) for future events. If you’re looking for someone who goes above and beyond, who knows how to make food sing and moments unforgettable, look no further.

Chef Niko seamlessly balanced giving us the privacy to enjoy our romantic moments while perfectly timing each course. His detailed explanations of each dish added a special touch, making the experience even more memorable.
