- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We offer fair competitive pricing based on the information we received from you when preparing your free quote. For three bedroom homes and office spaces we offer an appointment for in-person quote. Being organized and prepared can save you money on labor hours. Some Example; Beds dissembled, all boxes taped closed, labeled and ready to go. We give Discounts for Senior, Military, Students, First Responders, teachers, and returning customers.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We are available to answer all of your questions. We will walk you through the process and provide you with a free estimate. We have an interactive website ************ with links that provide tips and answers to frequently asked questions. We offer communication through phone calls, text, and emails.

Our owner has 12 years of hands on experience in the professional full service moving industry. He has been given the Preferred Mover Award for The DFW area.
