- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I charge based on the number of human figures I have to create, and how long it's going to take me (I time myself).
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I speak to the customer (via phone or email) about services. Then, once the customer chooses which type of service they would like, I send a contract and invoice. The contract has to be signed and a 50% deposit has to be made, or else services will not be completed.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Bachelor of Fine Arts and Master of Fine Arts in Fashion. I've been working for myself as a fashion designer and fashion illustrator for over 10 years.
