I am proud of all the jobs I have done, but my favorite most touching job was a Older lady who left a message, thinking I wouldn't want to work with her as she thought she was being difficult - which she was just wanting to understand everything - she left this comment on my website - Mia Thursday September 25, 2014
I must be honest when I say that at first, I was nervous putting in my first order with Everyday Image. Afterall, I chose their site at random. And now.. there is NO other site I would even consider other than Everyday Image. Immediately I knew I was dealing with very caring and very accomodating Professionals. I also cannot say enough about their Quality and accuracy, not to mention their expediency. This company "hears" you! They pay attention and 'take care' with your every detail. And, on a personal note.. I wasn't an easy customer and found myself calling Everyday Image back for one thing or another. It was during one of my calls that I happened to find out there was a death in their immediate family and.. during the holidays. But did that 'very personal' loss ever deter or put my order on the back burner? Not once. At a time when that could have very easily been done, not to mention understood, I not only 'still' received my Order exactly, if not 'better' than what I expected, but also in a most timely manner. This company deserves "5 Stars," at the least. It will remain at the Top of my Favorite List, ready for me to use again, and ready to share with Anyone who is looking for Quality, and a company who genuinely still takes Pride today in their work.. something that I don't see all that often anymore. Thank You, Hope, for everything.. and- for dealing with 'me' too. ps. the Monogram Towel Set just displays beautifully at my friends home. They are as Proud to show it off as I was Proud to give it to them!
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Ask if they have minimums, turn around time
What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?
The machine doesn't just do it magically - there is a lot more than a simple type a letter and stitch.
