The most common jobs I would say are sheetrock repairs, painting, light fixtures, cabinet installation & door repairs.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
I would suggest that you ask if the employees work for the company or if they will be sending sub contractors to do the job. I would definitely want to know if a company was bonded and carried both workers comp and general liability insurance. I would also ask if the company requires the home owner to pay in advance for supplies (that can signal a company that is struggling financially).
