- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is based on how much space your items take up in the truck. We give free estimates upfront — just send us a few photos and we'll quote you right away. No hidden fees. What we quote is what you pay.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Send us a message or give us a call and let us know what you need hauled off. We'll usually ask for a couple photos so we can give you an accurate quote. From there we schedule a pickup — often same day or next day. We show up, load everything, and leave your space clean.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We've got hands-on experience with heavy lifting, furniture handling, and safe hauling practices. We're fully insured with $1M in general liability coverage, so your property is protected every time we're on site.
