- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
For many jobs we have flat rates to perform that certain task. But in most instances, we have to view the problem to know what exactly will be involved to completing the task. After viewing your project, we give a free estimate to complete your work.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We set up a mutually convenient appointment to give a free, no obligation estimate after viewing your situation. In most instances, after the bid is accepted, the work can be completed the same day.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
