I cannot say enough about Kyle’s work and professionalism. He was knowledgeable about my appliance therefore was able to quickly diagnose the problem, install the new part, and clean up all within an hour. I also like that he explained and showed me the issue so I understood what needed to be done. I will definitely use him again. One additional accolade, his prices were reasonable and in line with what I had researched online. Another service I called was outrageous

No issues with Kyle or the work performed as it was done as expected. However, there is apparently a disconnect between Kyle and Thumbtack because Kyle states that he never agreed to crediting the $60 service fee if hired as stated on Thumbtack’s website as well as in their auto-generated emails that appear to be coming straight from Kyle. Thumbtack needs to get this issue fixed ASAP to prevent future ill-will over this issue since Kyle refuses to provide this credit. Timeliness and communication could be better because I had a confirmed appointment for 12/31 at 9am and did not get a response to my 2 messages regarding the appointment until 10:20am. And he really didn’t need to come out then because he didn’t have the part that I had already told him was needed to complete the job and had provided the part number. Understand warehouse was closed on Saturday due to Holiday weekend. But once he got the part the following Wednesday, everything went smooth with the 40 minute repair. Again, biggest issue is Thumbtack should not be promoting a possible $60 credit when the company apparently has not agreed to this. I would definitely use Kyle in the future knowing now what to expect.

In case they can’t be in the location for whatever reason they have ,need to let know the customer first. I postponed other plan that I had . I waited an 1 1/2 hr. Texted them but no answer . I decided to cancel the appointment.
