My first time using this app, and I’m so happy I found Top Notch Party Rentals. Their balloon garland literally made a huge difference, and brought some life to the small things that I was doing to decorate for a graduation brunch. I will definitely be using them again in the future.

Top Notch did an amazing job setting up my outdoor Hibachi/Asian-themed birthday party! The decor was stunning – elegant lanterns, bamboo accents, and custom table settings with fans and chopsticks created the perfect vibe. The balloon display in red, gold, and black tied everything together, giving the event a high-end feel.
Setup was smooth, and they nailed every detail. My guests couldn’t stop complimenting the decor. If you're looking for someone who can bring your vision to life, Top Notch is it!

I contacted Top Notch super last minute for a 15 year celebration at my school. Dominique was super response and came through with an amazing balloon arch that was even better than my reference picture. She had my exact balloon colors on hand (with only given 1 days notice) came through with the balloons already blown up and connected. She was in and out within 30 minutes. She will be getting contacted for future events. My go to for balloon setups now! 😊
